Dynatrace is seeking an Enterprise Program Manager to drive large-scale Dynatrace deployments for Fortune 100 clients from a remote location. You will accelerate deployments, guide adoption, and provide strategic planning across delivery teams and client stakeholders.

Responsibilities include leading ACE Services engagements, coordinating with AEs/CSMs/RSMs, and delivering workshops to accelerate digital transformation and ROI for enterprise clients.

Formación

• Bachelor's or equivalent in IT/CS/Business with IT focus.
• 3+ years in Dynatrace Technology Consulting or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end Dynatrace rollouts for multiple enterprise clients.
• Coordinate with Account Executives, CSMs and RSMs to align with client goals.
• Provide deployment planning, adoption strategy and engagement management for ACE engagements.
