Job summary

Orbio AI is seeking a Deployment Strategist to own our largest enterprise accounts end-to-end. You will collaborate with multi-country organizations, C-level stakeholders, and Forward Deployed Engineers to define problems, deploy in real environments, and drive adoption through training and enablement.

This outcome-first role measures success by business impact, ROI, and expansion opportunities across geographies and modules.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in management consulting, enterprise customer success, or similar.
• Proven track record with large, complex accounts and senior stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience owning end-to-end implementations.
• Strong operational thinking; systems mindset over task focus.
• Fluent in Spanish and English, written and spoken.
• Travel 30-40% as part of the role.
• Extreme ownership, low ego, and decisive approach in ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Own the relationship, strategy, and outcomes for Orbio's largest enterprise accounts.
• Engage with C-level stakeholders through strategic planning and business reviews.
• Map customer operations end-to-end to identify problems and value drivers.
• Lead complex enterprise deployments from post-sale to production with diverse stakeholders.
• Drive adoption and behavior change through training and enablement.
• Measure ROI and communicate outcomes to decision-makers.
• Identify and develop expansion opportunities across teams and geographies.
• Work daily with Forward Deployed Engineers to design solutions.
• Translate customer needs into structured product feedback for the product team.
• Travel to key accounts 30-40% of the time (2-3 times per month).
