Lighthouse is seeking a results-driven Enterprise Sales professional to own the end-to-end sales cycle for its BI platform in Spain, with open locations across the country. You’ll engage hospitality leaders, demonstrate ROI, and close deals that expand Lighthouse’s footprint in a dynamic market.

You will work in a Hybrid/Remote setup, selling to hotels and chains with English and German language requirements.

Formación

• 2+ years of successful B2B closing experience selling Hospitality Technology or complex SaaS solutions.
• Experience within the hospitality industry is required.
• Exceptional command of English and fluency in German.

Responsabilidades

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close for Lighthouse BI solutions.
• Build and maintain a 3x pipeline coverage and meet quota.
• Target Revenue Managers, Commercial Directors, GMs and C-level stakeholders in hotel groups.
• Hunt and build a meaningful share of your own pipeline through outbound sequences and events.
• Use MEDDPICC to qualify opportunities and leverage AI-enabled tools.
• Represent Lighthouse and shape revenue strategy in hospitality markets.
