Anthropic is seeking an Applied AI pre-sales architect to help enterprise customers understand Claude's value and how to integrate it into their tech stack. You will combine deep technical expertise with customer-facing skills to design scalable LLM solutions while upholding safety and reliability.

Formación

• 5+ years in technical customer-facing roles such as Solutions Architect or Sales Engineer.
• Native or C1 Spanish speaker with fluent English.
• Experience designing scalable cloud architectures for enterprise systems.
• Excellent ability to translate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with account executives to understand customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Serve as primary technical advisor through Claude adoption from discovery to deployment.
• Coordinate across multiple teams to drive customer success.
• Support customers building with Claude API and Claude for Work.
• Create and deliver technical content tailored to different audiences.
• Guide architectural decisions and integration with customers’ tech stacks.
• Help customers develop evaluation frameworks to measure Claude’s performance.
• Identify common integration patterns and share insights with product/engineering teams.
• Travel occasionally for workshops and deep dives.
• Maintain knowledge of latest LLM developments.
