Intellectsoft is expanding its AI Center of Excellence to architect enterprise-grade AI workflows using agentic AI principles. The role focuses on transforming business processes into automated, multi-agent pipelines with a strong emphasis on pedagogy and practical delivery.

The candidate will partner with business stakeholders and an AI Champion to drive discovery, design, and implementation, ensuring measurable operational value and knowledge transfer for long-term success.

Formación

• Advanced AI & agentic fluency with hands-on specialization in Claude ecosystem.
• Proven capability to map and reconstruct business workflows from scratch.
• Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to build trust with non-technical owners.
• Natural aptitude for teaching, mentoring non-technical professionals.
• Strong business acumen focused on delivering tangible operational value.

Responsabilidades

• Redesign existing processes into agentic workflows with humans and autonomous AI.
• Design, build, and deploy AI agents and skills with orchestration logic.
• Partner with an AI Champion through discovery, redesign, and UAT.
• Mentor and transfer knowledge to the AI Champion for ongoing evolution.
• Manage a balanced project lifecycle between discovery and engineering tasks.
