Aily Labs is seeking an AI DI Engineering Manager to own the end-to-end integration of our platform within client environments. You will lead a team of Decision Intelligence Analysts, set delivery standards, and act as the senior technical contact across engagements.

The role requires strategic leadership, deep AI expertise, and the ability to translate complex capabilities into business outcomes while building world-class internal practices.

Formación

• 7+ years in AI, data science, or analytics roles, incl. 2+ years in leadership.
• Ability to translate technical capabilities into measurable outcomes.
• Proven track record building high-performing teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a team of Decision Intelligence Analysts across client engagements.
• Own end-to-end integration lifecycle for strategic client accounts.
• Establish standardized data and model delivery methodologies.
