MANE seeks an AI Engineering & Platform Lead to drive enterprise AI capabilities across the organization. You will own the AI platform architecture, ensure secure integration with IT and data platforms, and steer the technical roadmap with cross-functional teams globally.

You will lead and grow a team of data scientists and AI/ML engineers while enforcing governance, standards and scalable practices to deliver high-impact AI solutions.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, AI or related quantitative field.
• 8+ years IT/Engineering experience with AI leadership.
• Strong expertise with enterprise AI platforms in regulated environments.
• Knowledge of AI lifecycle, MLOps/LLMOps, deployment and CI/CD.

To learn more, visit our website: MANE Flavor & Fragrance Manufacturer | MANE Role Mission: As AI Engineering & Platform Lead, you will act as the central technical authority for the company’s AI capabilities, leading the industrialization and scalability of AI solutions across the organization. You will be responsible for building and governing the enterprise AI platform, ensuring robust architecture, integration with the IT landscape, and alignment with engineering best practices. Working closely with the Digital Transformation team, you will drive the technical execution of AI initiatives, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure and operationally efficient. You will also play a key role in leading and developing the AI technical community, fostering talent growth, defining standards and enabling collaboration across cross-functional teams at both local and global level.

Key Responsabilities:

• Define and drive the strategic roadmap and technical evolution of the enterprise AI platform (e.g. Azure Machine Learning, Databricks).
• Ensure integration of AI solutions within the broader IT ecosystem, including data platforms, security and network architecture.
• Design scalable AI architectures and reusable frameworks across key use cases (LLMs, Computer Vision, Predictive Analytics).
• Establish and enforce technical standards, governance and best practices across the AI lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy, security and ethical AI guidelines, in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
• Lead and develop a team of Data Scientists and AI/ML Engineers, supporting capability building and technical excellence.
• Coordinate the allocation of AI technical resources across projects, ensuring quality and consistency in delivery.
• Oversee performance, reliability and continuous improvement of AI solutions, while monitoring emerging technologies and industry trends.

Profile Required:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence or a related quantitative field (PhD is a plus).
• Proven experience in IT or Engineering (8+ years), including leadership experience in AI, machine learning or data-driven platforms.
• Strong expertise in enterprise AI platforms (e.g. Azure Machine Learning, Azure Databricks) within complex and regulated environments.
• Solid understanding of AI architecture, including infrastructure, data platforms, networking and security integration.
• Experience designing scalable AI architectures and validating solutions for maintainability, security and performance.
• Deep knowledge of the AI/ML lifecycle, including MLOps or LLMOps practices (deployment, monitoring, CI/CD and model versioning).
• Proven experience leading and developing technical teams, with the ability to operate effectively in matrix organizations.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills, working across IT, Security, Architecture and Digital Transformation teams.
• Professional fluency in English; French is a strong plus.
