Wave Group, an autonomous AI startup, seeks a Forward Deployed Engineer to bridge customers and the product in Madrid (preferred) or Barcelona (1–2 office days). You will deploy and tailor AI systems, ensuring real production outcomes while building reusable deployment playbooks.

The role requires hands-on delivery (~70%) and strong Python/FastAPI skills, plus experience with LLMs and AI voice agents. Fluency in English and additional languages is highly valued.

Formación

• Fluent in English; additional languages highly desirable (Spanish/Italian/German).
• Direct customer-facing experience in FDE, field engineering, consulting or solutions roles.
• Strong foundation in Python and FastAPI.
• Experience with LLMs and Agentic AI in production.
• Comfortable moving between high-level problem definition and hands-on debugging.
• Startup pace with ownership, proactiveness, and ability to operate with ambiguity.
• Experience with AI Voice Agents / Conversational AI.
• Additional fluency in French or Portuguese is a plus.
• FDE/Solution engineering experience on agentic AI/LLM-based products, not just traditional SaaS.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the technical bridge between the company and enterprise customers in your market.
• Configure and extend AI systems to fit customer workflows and ensure production outcomes.
• Spend ~70% of time building and deploying; ~30% in client-facing activities.
• Convert field learnings into reusable modules and playbooks to accelerate future deployments.
