The International Schools Partnership is recruiting an Admissions Coordinator for our campus in Benitachell, Spain. You will own the admissions funnel from enquiry to enrolment, delivering a warm, consultative experience to prospective families.

Working with the School Head of Admissions, you will manage leads, coordinate visits, monitor KPIs and provide accurate reporting to support enrolment targets and pipeline health.

Formación

• Native-level or professional fluency in English and Spanish.
• Experience in consultative, relationship-based admissions or customer service.
• Ability to manage a sales/admissions funnel and meet targets.
• Experience using CRM systems and data reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full admissions process from enquiry to enrolment for the assigned pipeline.
• Own leads and convert prospects through each stage with a consultative approach.
• Coordinate interviews, tours, tests and required documentation.
• Maintain proactive communication and address barriers to enrolment.
• Support reporting and KPIs; provide continuity during absences.
• Collaborate with School Head of Admissions to maximise conversions.
• Contribute to retention and re-enrolment activities where needed.
