You will partner with hiring managers, manage job postings, assess candidates, and ensure a smooth recruitment process. Strong communication skills and high proficiency in English and Spanish are essential. This full-time position offers a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth and development.

Formación

• Experience dealing with recruitment within relevant sectors.
• Ability to align with Hiring Managers and HR.
• Familiarity with recruitment software preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
• Partner with Business Hiring Managers and HR to identify needs.
• Post and revise job specifications for advertisements.
• Source candidates actively on job platforms.
• Assess candidates through interviews.
• Prepare candidate reports for Hiring Managers and HR.
• Utilize recruitment platforms for process completion.

Conocimientos

Recruitment experience in Industrial, Manufacturing, Engineering

Strong communication skills

Familiarity with ATS (Success Factors)

High command of English (B2-C1)

Native in Spanish
