Grupo Crit is seeking a Project Manager with an engineering background to lead and coordinate defined projects in the automotive technology sector, with a strong focus on delivering quality, cost control, and timely results in Jaén, Spain.

The role oversees cross‑functional teams, budgets, and project performance while offering hybrid work with up to two remote days per week and opportunities for career development.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Electronic, Telecommunications, Industrial or Mechatronic Engineering.
• Practical knowledge of the electronic product development process.
• 2–3 years of experience in P0/P1 project development.
• Experience in at least two other development functions (Quality, Process, Sales, or Purchasing).

Responsabilidades

• Operationally and functionally manage assigned projects.
• Manage OEM/OES Projects (Components, Systems with known technological components).
• Achieve Project KPIs regarding profitability, Quality, and Production Readiness.
• Secure and monitor Project resources.
• Resolve project issues via the Project Escalation process.
• Define and manage the budget, including sub‑projects.
• Manage relationships with customers and coordinate communication within the team.
