Grupo CRIT is recruiting a Project Manager with an engineering background for a leading global automotive technology company, based in Jaén, Spain. The role coordinates R&D activities across electronics, design, simulations, and prototypes to deliver robust solutions within budget.

This hybrid position requires 2 days remote per week, strong leadership, and a track record in coordinating cross-functional teams and technical interfaces with customers.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Electronic, Telecommunications, Industrial or Mechatronic Engineering.
• Practical knowledge of the electronic product development process.
• 2–3 years of experience in P0/P1 project development.
• Experience in at least two other development functions (Quality, Process, Sales, or Purchasing).
• Strong interpersonal skills to manage a functional organization.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate technical activities developed by R&D collaborators from multiple areas and assign work packages according to the project budget.
• Responsible for the technical development of the product.
• Project planning tracking to ensure deadlines are met.
• Technical interface between Valeo and customer for technical subjects and cascading customer needs.
• Integrate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve project targets.

Grupo CRIT is recruiting a Project Manager with Engineering background for a leading global company in the automotive technology sector, with a major presence in Jaén.

We are looking for a Product Technical Leader/Project Manager to lead and coordinate the technical development of R&D projects, ensuring the timely delivery of robust and standardized solutions within budget.

The role acts as a strategic technical interface between multidisciplinary teams and customers, driving technical excellence, optimizing resources, and ensuring successful project execution.

Your Responsibilities:

• Coordinate technical activities developed by R&D collaborators from several areas, such electronics, design, simulations, system design, optics or prototypes. Assign the work packages according to the project budget.
• Responsible for the technical development of the product.
• Project planning tracking to ensure that all project deadlines are met.
• Technical interface between Valeo and customer for technical subjects, break down and cascade internally customer requests and needs.
• Integration and participation on a multidisciplinary team to achieve the project targets.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Electronic, Telecommunications, Industrial or Mechatronic Engineering.
• Strong interpersonal skills to manage a functional organization.
• Practical knowledge of the electronic product development process.
• Successful experience in P0/P1 project development (2-3 years).
