Grupo CRIT is recruiting a Project Manager with an Electronic background for a leading global automotive technology company based in Martos, Jaén, Spain. The role offers a hybrid work model with up to two days remote per week.

You will lead and coordinate assigned projects, ensuring achievement of KPIs across profitability, quality, delivery and timelines, while managing cross-functional teams and budgets. Required: Bachelor's or Master's in Electronic/Telecom/Industrial/Mechatronic Engineering

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronic, Telecommunications, Industrial or Mechatronic Engineering.
• Strong interpersonal skills to manage a functional organization.
• Knowledge of product cost structures and payback periods.
• Practical knowledge of the electronic product development process.
• 2–3 years of experience in P0/P1 project development.
• Experience in at least two other development functions (Quality, Process, Sales, or Purchasing).

Responsabilidades

• Operationally and functionally manage assigned projects.
• Manage OEM/OES Projects (Components, Systems with known technological components, etc.).
• Achieve Project KPIs regarding profitability, Quality, and Production Readiness.
• Secure and monitor Project resources.
• Resolve issues requiring support from other functions via the Project Escalation process.
• Define and manage the budget, including sub-project budgets.
• Manage relationships with customers and coordinate communication within the team and with related projects.
