Grupo CRIT is recruiting a Project Manager with an engineering background for a leading global automotive technology company, with a major presence in Jaén. You will lead and coordinate projects, ensuring delivery on quality, cost, profitability and timelines.

Manage cross-functional teams, resources and budgets, monitor project performance, and maintain strong customer relationships in an international, multicultural environment. Hybrid work is available.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Electronic, Telecommunications, Industrial or Mechatronic Engineering.
• Strong interpersonal skills to manage a functional organization.
• Knowledge of product cost structures, payback periods, and profitability.
• Practical knowledge of the electronic product development process.
• Experience leading P0/P1 project development (2–3 years).
• Experience in at least two other development functions (Quality, Process, Sales, or Purchasing).

Responsabilidades

• Operationally and functionally manage assigned projects.
• Manage OEM/OES Projects (Components, Systems with known technological components).
• Achieve project KPIs regarding profitability, quality, and production readiness.
• Secure and monitor project resources.
• Resolve issues via the Project Escalation process.
• Define and manage the budget, including sub-project budgets.

Project Manager (Engineering Background)

Grupo CRIT is recruiting a Project Manager with Engineering background for a leading global company in the automotive technology sector, with a major presence in Jaén.

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead and coordinate assigned projects, ensuring the achievement of key objectives across quality, cost, profitability, delivery, and timelines.

The role is responsible for ensuring effective project coordination and successful product launches in line with customer expectations, while managing cross-functional teams, resources, budgets, and project performance.

Your Responsibilities:

• Operationally and functionally manage assigned projects.
• Manage OEM/OES Projects (Components, Systems with known technological components, etc.).
• Responsible for achieving Project KPIs regarding profitability (product/development, Development Activity Payback, and Extended Margin), Quality, and Production Readiness.
• Secure and monitor Project resources.
• Resolve all project issues requiring support from relevant functions through the Project Escalation process.
• Define and manage the budget, including budgets for sub-projects within your project/system.
• Manage relationships with customers (local and central) and coordinate communication within the team and with associated P2/P1 projects.
