Nextlane in Madrid is seeking a senior engineering leader to run the cloud product portfolio, migrate legacy systems, and ship AI-powered features to dealers and manufacturers.

You will manage an organization of ~30 engineers through managers, drive architectural coherence, and shape an agentic development model that scales globally.

Fluent English, strong collaboration across countries, and a track record of cloud-native B2B SaaS are essential; this is a build-first, growth-oriented role.

Formación

• Led real agentic development transformation at scale.
• Experience shipping AI features to paying customers.
• Experience leading engineering managers and multiple product domains.
• Excellent communication in English with executives and engineers.

Responsabilidades

• Engineering strategy and delivery for cloud product portfolio.
• Lead an engineering organization of around 30 people via managers.
• Own AI product portfolio including Skywalker team.
• Drive agentic development operating model with AI fluency scale.
• Ensure architectural coherence across platform teams.
