Formación

• 3+ years of Engineering Management experience leading teams.
• 5+ years of software development experience, ideally in back-end systems.
• Experience in Fintech or Trading domain, building trading platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the design of low-latency, high-concurrency systems.
• Ensure correctness in pricing logic and market settlement.
• Drive engineering roadmap from first line of code to MVP launch.
