Parser seeks a hands-on Solutions Architect to lead the architectural evolution of a complex airline and loyalty platform. Balance long-term vision with practical delivery in a fast-changing environment, guiding API-first, microservices, and cloud-native strategies across digital platforms.

You will mentor engineers, establish design standards, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to modernize while ensuring security and resilience, in a role based in Spain with competitive compensation

Formación

• 8+ years in solutions, software, or platform architecture within complex enterprise environments.
• Deep understanding of API-first, microservices, event-driven, and service-oriented architectures.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Define and evolve end-to-end architecture across digital platforms, services, and integrations.
• Design scalable, resilient, and maintainable solutions for airline, loyalty, and customer-facing systems.
• Support modernization initiatives while enabling coexistence between legacy and new platforms.
• Establish API, integration, and service design standards across teams.
• Lead architectural decisions for large-scale transformation and migration programs.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, delivery, and business stakeholders to align priorities and dependencies.
• Promote modern engineering practices including CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, observability, automation, and DevOps.
• Ensure security, compliance, operational resilience, and maintainability are built into solutions.
• Mentor engineers and technical leaders, maintaining clear architectural documentation and roadmaps.
