DKB Code Factory is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the Business Banking Credit team. You will build a high-performing full-stack engineering group, driving delivery excellence and technical innovation in an agile environment.

You will own people leadership and technology strategy while delivering customer-focused outcomes. The role emphasizes coaching, hiring, and roadmap ownership, with a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.

Qualifications

• Experience leading software engineering teams in agile environments.
• Proficiency in Kotlin or SwiftUI.
• Experience with API-driven systems and backend banking workflows.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality software with risk/dep management.
• Strong coaching, performance management, and talent development skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a full-stack development team (backend + mobile) to deliver high-quality software aligned with product goals.
• Establish and improve engineering standards, delivery processes, and team health.
• Coach engineers through regular 1:1s, feedback and growth planning.
• Manage hiring, onboarding and ramp-up of new team members.
• Maintain and execute a 12-month technical roadmap with stakeholders.
• Own team execution health, risks and dependencies.
• Foster collaboration, continuous learning and customer-centric innovation.
