Eneve is seeking a Sales Operations & Business Development Specialist to strengthen the commercial engine across Spain and Portugal. You will manage commercial operations, support tenders and RFPs, and drive business development in the energy retail market.
You will collaborate with Sales, Product, Operations, and Finance to guide opportunities from lead to onboarding, while building relationships with key stakeholders and contributing to the growth of Eneve's energy technology solutions.
Formación
- 1–3 years in Sales Operations or Business Development.
- Experience supporting B2B sales processes.
- Experience in SaaS, software, or energy sectors is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Spanish and/or Portuguese energy markets is a plus.
Responsabilidades
- Maintain and improve the CRM system and ensure data quality.
- Coordinate responses to public and private tenders and RFPs.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial documentation.
- Create sales reports, pipeline analyses, and KPI dashboards.
- Lead generation, prospecting, and outbound sales activities.
- Support contract signature and onboarding processes.
- Act as a bridge between Commercial, Product, Operations, and Finance.
