Enverus seeks an International Director of Sales to lead the global SaaS sales team from Madrid. You will direct all sales functions, manage 10+ international reps, and shape objectives, policies, and programs for growth across energy markets.

The role requires 10+ years in global SaaS sales, 3-5 years leading teams, and fluency in English; Spanish and French are a plus. The position offers a base salary of €100k–€140k plus variable compensation and benefits.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree from a three or four-year college/university.
• 3-5 years global SaaS sales leadership experience – strong preference for candidates with SaaS and Renewables sales leadership experience.
• Experience leading 10+ sales professionals
• Proficient English; Spanish and French are nice to have.
• Familiarity with energy or commodities industry.
• 10+ years of relevant work experience

Responsabilidades

• Directs and oversees all sales functions for the division.
• Leads 10+ international sales representatives.
• Plans objectives, policies, and programs for sales activities.
• Investigates market conditions to determine time, place, type of sales.
• Collaborates with Marketing on ads and media; sets prices.
• Analyzes growth opportunities in market segments.
• Manages email, face-to-face sales calls, web interactions and builds client relationships.
• Develops sales strategies and volume forecasts.
• Executes strategic decisions impacting short-term growth (1-3 years).
