Jeco Energies in Spain seeks a Sales Engineer Industrial Rental to drive growth by translating client needs into technically sound, cost-effective MV and HV solutions. You will work with Engineering, Project Management and Purchasing from first contact to contract closure.

The role requires a technical-commercial mindset, strong negotiation skills, and ability to manage quotations, tender dossiers, and contracts while supporting SHEQ and continuous improvements.

Formación

• Solid knowledge of electrical installations (MV & HV).
• Experience in a technical-commercial role or engineering environment.
• Strong commercial mindset with proven negotiation skills.
• Understanding of contract management and commercial conditions.
• Analytical budgeting, cost calculations and margin control.
• Familiar with relevant standards and regulations.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Strong communication towards customers and suppliers.
• Team player with cross-department collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Promote and sell Industrial Rental solutions (MV & HV).
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the industrial sector.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Translate customer requirements into technical and cost-effective solutions.
• Prepare, calculate and follow up on quotations and tender dossiers.
• Manage the full quotation process from A to Z.
• Negotiate commercial terms and contracts in line with company strategy.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate proposals.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and handle feedback and complaints.
• Work towards agreed sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Support standardization and continuous improvement within the sales process.
• Contribute to SHEQ objectives.

Our Industrial Rental division delivers tailored low-, medium- and high-voltage installations for demanding environments where continuity, safety and performance are critical.

To strengthen our commercial and technical team in Spain, we are looking for a Sales Engineer Industrial Rental.

As a Sales Engineer, you work closely with Engineering, Project Management and Purchasing. You play a key role in identifying customer needs, translating them into technically sound solutions, and ensuring successful commercial outcomes. From first contact to contract closure, you contribute to the growth of Jeco Energies in the Industrial Rental market

Your responsibilities

• Promote and sell Jeco Energies’ Industrial Rental solutions (MV & HV)
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the industrial sector
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, partners and stakeholders
• Translate customer requirements into technical and cost-effective solutions
• Prepare, calculate and follow up on quotations and tender dossiers
• Manage the full quotation process from A to Z
• Negotiate commercial terms and contracts in line with company strategy
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate proposals
• Monitor customer satisfaction and handle feedback and complaints
• Work towards agreed sales targets and contribute to business growth
• Support standardization and continuous improvement within the sales process
• Contribute to SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environment & Quality) objectives

What do we expect from you?

Technical & professional competencies

• Solid knowledge of electrical installations (MV & HV)
• Experience in a technical-commercial role or engineering environment
• Strong commercial mindset with proven negotiation skills
• Understanding of contract management and commercial conditions
• Analytical skills: budgeting, cost calculations and margin control
• Good knowledge of relevant standards and regulations
• Familiar with software such as MS Office and Dynamics 365
• Fluent in Spanish and English (additional languages are a plus)
• Strong communication skills towards customers, colleagues and suppliers
• Customer-oriented and result-driven mindset
• Team player with the ability to collaborate across departments
• Excellent planning and organizational abilities
• Persuasive negotiator with a solution-oriented approach
