Kraken is seeking a Client Delivery Lead to join our European client delivery team, supporting technology transformation journeys and long-term migration projects across energy clients.

You will own relationships with product and business owners, coordinate tech development, and work with Kraken product managers and engineers to deliver value. Fluent English and Spanish are required, with travel across Europe to client sites expected.

Formación

• Strong client delivery and/or product ownership experience
• Agile delivery experience
• Experience of product management and customer journeys
• Fluent English + Spanish (other european languages are also relevant for this role)
• Previous experience in the electricity/utilities market and in payments in Spain or another European country is a strong "nice to have"

Responsabilidades

• Manage the relationship with client counterparts (often product owners and business owners)
• Be the first point of contact for tech development and escalation with customers for domain/product issues
• Be the knowledge base of how Kraken works and how we deliver Kraken Platform
• Triaging incoming requests and communicating client priorities internally
• Summarising and articulating client needs and timelines to enable ongoing development of Kraken platform
• Support the engineering team to deliver product features
• Challenge the client to think differently about tech development and drive continuous iteration
