Kraken is seeking a Senior Data & Analytics Client Delivery Lead to help clients leverage Kraken data and transform their data teams. You will lead analytics initiatives, train clients on Kraken data, and drive impactful reporting and insights as part of a broader transformation.

Ideal candidate has extensive experience in analytics, BI, and client-facing roles, with a passion for clean energy transition. You will mentor teams and shape data strategy while collaborating with engineering.

Formación

• Degree or equivalent with strong client delivery/product ownership experience.
• Several years in data analytics, BI, or related field.
• Strong familiarity with modern data practices and tools.
• Excellent communications, collaboration and presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Guide clients in redefining reporting and analytics using Kraken data.
• Advise senior leadership on building a high-performing data organization and modern tech stack.
• Define and prioritize client data needs to influence the data product roadmap.
• Partner with engineering to deliver new data features aligned to client use cases.
• Train Kraken’s client delivery team to help business domains ask effective data questions.
