Qualifications

• Experience with multimedia content creation or project management.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional inputs and meet deadlines.
• Proficient with MS Excel, Word, SharePoint and PowerPoint.
• Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication, including senior leadership.
• Experience driving creative strategy and execution in an agency or in-house team.
• On-site full-time in a studio environment.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end production management for assigned projects-from brief intake through delivery-across photography, video, and hybrid content workstreams
• Build and maintain production schedules, shot lists, and resource plans across studio bays and stages
• Coordinate internal and freelance talent (photographers, videographers, stylists, HMU, models) including booking, briefing, and on-set management
• Manage production budgets, track spend against allocated POs, and flag overruns early
• Serve as the primary point of contact between creative teams, brand stakeholders, and operational support throughout the production lifecycle
• Register and maintain projects in centralized tool, ensuring accurate data entry, allocation tracking, and status updates
• Facilitate pre-production meetings, creative kick-offs, and post-production reviews
• Manage asset delivery pipelines-ensuring content is processed, QC'd, and delivered to downstream teams on time and to spec
• Coordinate with Ops, Facilities, and Equipment teams to confirm studio readiness and resolve logistics issues ahead of shoot days
