Axis Communications Iberia seeks an End Customer Marketing Specialist to drive Iberia marketing strategy, demand generation and brand-building across targeted End Customer accounts. The role collaborates across campaigns, events and content to accelerate sales growth in Southern Europe and across EMEA, with travel as needed.

You will coordinate multi-channel campaigns, maintain budgets, and ensure localization of materials while partnering with Sales for pipeline ROI.

Formación

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years in a similar B2B marketing role.
• 2+ years integrated marketing experience.
• Fluency in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Set strategic territory plan with a 360° understanding of opportunities in Iberia and Southern Europe/EMEA strategy.
• Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns with clear targets and KPIs.
• Leverage channels such as digital advertising, content marketing, ABM, webinars, trade shows, events, and the Axis Experience Center.
• Identify target audiences and build automated nurture tracks using Salesforce and Pardot.
• Follow up and nurture leads to maximize conversion, pipeline impact, and ROI.
• Measure, analyze, and report campaign performance to regional leadership.
• Manage local marketing budget, vendor contracts, and invoicing in governance.
• Define and execute local communications plan, including press releases and newsroom content.
• Own and maintain local website pages on axis.com and ensure localized content.
• Proofread, validate, and localize translated marketing materials.
