Amazon is seeking a Regional Commercial Manager for Data Center Delivery to provide cost support and guidance across multiple fast-paced construction projects in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. You will work with design, construction, procurement, finance and legal teams to drive cost efficiency and value engineering.

The role involves validating estimates, managing vendor data, tracking performance, and delivering accurate cost reporting while upholding Amazon's standards and frugality.

Formación

• Experience in Project Controls Standards including estimating and cost management.
• 0
• VOWD cash-flow and benchmarking experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Engaging and managing third party Quantity Surveyors.
• Validating construction cost estimates at various stages of design.
• Working with multi-disciplinary internal and external teams.
• Communicating cost control goals to stakeholders.
• Identify Value Engineering opportunities and quantify savings.
• Identify project risks and financial cost impacts and report them.
