Skills Alliance is seeking a Digital Content & Social Media Manager to lead the EMEA marketing team's social media strategy, content calendar, and campaigns across professional and consumer audiences in medical aesthetics.

The role blends creative storytelling with data-driven optimization, coordinating with regional marketing, sales and clinical teams, as well as agencies and distributors, to boost brand awareness, engagement and lead generation across multiple markets.

Formación

• 2–5 years' experience in social media, digital marketing or content.
• Strong content creation across written, visual and video formats.
• Experience managing social media channels and content calendars.
• Good knowledge of LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube, plus emerging channels.

Responsabilidades

• Own and execute the EMEA social media strategy and content calendar across key digital platforms.
• Create engaging content across copy, graphics, video, customer stories and educational/clinical campaigns.
• Manage day-to-day social channels, including publishing, community engagement and social listening.
• Develop digital campaigns that engage healthcare professionals and consumers.
• Support digital lead generation and improve conversion across the customer journey.
