Job summary

Eaton’s ES EMEA SERV division seeks a Digital Technical Project Manager to lead large-scale digital infrastructure projects for strategic customers in the EMEA region. Projects center on data center fitouts, critical power environments, and SCADA/EPMS/DCIM solutions with on-site implementation.

The role combines project management with technical leadership, coordinating with customers, contractors, and engineering teams to ensure delivery excellence and compliance across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Electrical, Electronic, Automation, or Telecommunications Engineering from an accredited university is highly desirable
• Master in Project Management or PMP certification is a plus
• 5-10+ years of experience in customer-facing project and site management roles; data center delivery experience is highly desirable
• Experience with large-scale, complex industrial projects, especially electrical automation in Oil & Gas and Downstream sectors, with compliance across US/UK/Ireland/Europe/Middle East

Responsibilities

• Lead project execution from PO to completion, ensuring EHS, schedule, quality, and cost commitments.
• Drive change orders with engineering, supply chain, and site teams; manage revenue recognition, cash flow, risks, and margins.
• Maintain primary client contact; align with Program Managers and sales for project scope and status.
• Define deliverables with internal engineering teams per technical specs and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with supply chain for supplier qualification and quality.
• Oversee field operations relating to EHS, scope, schedule, and quality (Site Manager reports to DTPM).
• Proactively improve project execution processes using site learnings and customer feedback.
• Travel to customer sites across EMEA (~25%); work from local office or home base.
