Job summary

Eaton is seeking an experienced Service Enablement Program Manager to plan, coordinate, and deliver cross-functional programs across EMEA. The role ensures enablement of execution teams to deliver services effectively and at scale within a complex 20+ country, 5 service lines environment.

You will align initiatives with OpEx pillars, manage governance, risks, and cross-functional dependencies, and drive measurable business value through adoption and performance tracking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s / master’s degree in business, Engineering or related field.
• 8–12+ years in program management, consulting or operations leadership.

Responsibilities

• Define and structure program objectives and roadmaps aligned to EMEA Services goals.
• Lead cross-functional delivery and governance across pillars.
• Coordinate across functions to ensure aligned execution and manage dependencies.
• Track KPIs and dashboards to measure business outcomes and cost efficiency.
• Engage senior stakeholders with regular program updates and governance.
• Drive change management and adoption of new processes and tools.
