Formación

• Several years of marketing or product development experience with A&H products, including managing a product development process and achieving objectives.
• Intensive knowledge of market segmentation, portfolio management, acquisition and multiple distribution systems.
• Strong execution and results orientation.
• Demonstrated success using research, analytics and testing methodologies for product decisions.
• Proven experience with product development process risk evaluation, policy implementation and governance.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to influence across levels of the organization.
• Ability to work across interdisciplinary teams that are geographically dispersed in an international matrix environment.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute a regional product development strategy and strategic roadmap for new and enhanced products.
• Serve as SME on design, development, and implementation of processes and capabilities to maximize product development.
• Collaborate with business owners and sponsors to drive impactful product outcomes across channels in the region.
• Monitor and improve adherence to AIG General Insurance Policies and Standards for Product Development.
• Lead end-to-end product implementation including timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder management.
• Partner with underwriting, actuarial, IT, legal/compliance, and operations to align product specs with constraints.
