AIG is seeking a Regional Product Development and Implementation Manager for the A&H business in Europe. Based in an AIG European office, you will lead the regional product development strategy and drive a standardized set of tools across the product lifecycle.

You will collaborate with regional and local teams, ensure compliance with policies, and oversee end-to-end launch processes, including underwriting rules and documentation to make products operationally ready.

Formación

• Significant experience in marketing or product development with A&H products.
• Proven track record in managing a product development process and delivering objectives.
• Strong knowledge of market segmentation and portfolio management.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to influence at all levels.
• Ability to work across geographically dispersed teams in an international matrix environment.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute regional product development strategy and roadmap for A&H products.
• Define annual plans, budgets, and metrics with regional and local product heads.
• Collaborate with Global Product Development to standardize tools for tracking and reporting.
