Qualifications

• Law degree and 4+ years as legal counsel, or a postgrad law degree with 2+ years in data protection.
• Experience advising on GDPR, UK GDPR, and cross-border data transfers.
• Professional fluency in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Advise on privacy, data protection, and regulatory requirements across the EMEA region.
• Interpret developments in GDPR, UK GDPR, ePrivacy, and related frameworks.
• Provide legal guidance on digital health, AI initiatives, and data governance.
• Draft and negotiate data processing and data transfer agreements.
• Support privacy risk assessments and regulatory notification activities.
• Develop privacy guidance and governance resources for programs.
