Dexcom seeks a privacy and data protection professional to support EU GDPR and AI Act compliance within the Global Privacy team of its Legal Department. The role emphasizes DPIAs, data subject rights, and collaboration with procurement and legal to ensure regulatory alignment.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5–8 years of related experience, with preference for CIPP or similar certifications. Remote work with global exposure and growth opportunities is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5–8 years of related experience.
• Knowledge of European privacy laws and best practices.
• Proven track record in project and process development/implementation.
• CIPP or other data privacy certifications preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Work with Procurement and Legal on vetting and auditing vendors for compliance with privacy and data security policies and legal requirements.
• Support submissions in competitive EU tenders for the sale of products and services.
• Manage the process for addressing data subject rights requests under applicable laws.
• Provide advice on Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs).
• Manage relationships with regulatory bodies to ensure programs, policies and procedures comply with laws.
• Liaise with the Data Protection Officer for GDPR and similar responsibilities.
