Revelyst seeks an HR Payroll & Benefits Specialist EMEA for its European HQ in Barcelona. The role manages payroll and HR administration across Spain, France, Germany, the UK, Switzerland and the Netherlands, working with external payroll providers, HR, Finance and employees.

Responsibilities include coordinating monthly payroll, reviewing inputs/outputs and resolving queries; managing benefits (cars, meal vouchers) and attendance in Workday/ADP/Woffu; coordinating onboarding and contract

Formación

• 5+ years of payroll experience, ideally multi-country.
• Knowledge of Spanish payroll and labor administration; experience in France and Germany is a plus.
• Experience with external payroll providers and systems like ADP and Workday (Woffu is a plus).
• Fluent English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate the monthly payroll across Spain, France, Germany, UK, Switzerland and the Netherlands.
• Liaise with external payroll providers and with HR, Finance and employees.
• Manage benefits (cars, meal vouchers) and attendance in HR systems such as Workday, ADP and Woffu.
• Oversee onboarding admin and prepare contracts/documentation.
