Job summary

Otis SE, a global leader in elevator and escalator solutions, is seeking a Service Supervisor for its Field Service team in Gijón, Spain. The role focuses on day-to-day management, training, and engagement of field staff, including safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

You will lead field maintenance activities, conduct staff training, and coordinate with Service Sales for proposals, while driving efficiency and strong service delivery in a dynamic, international environment.

Qualifications

• High school education required; BA/BS degree preferred or equivalent relevant work experience (at least 3 years)
• Experience leading a team of technicians is preferred
• Elevator industry experience is desired, but not required
• Experience with digital applications for managing work teams and products
• Excellent communication skills and leadership skills, and the ability to work in a highly team-oriented and dynamic environment

Role Overview

The main goal of the role is to provide day‑to‑day management, training, and engagement for field staff, including employee selection, field training and safety. This individual will also lead operational efforts and ensure superior customer satisfaction.

On a typical day you will:
