Job summary

Baxter is seeking an Associate Manager, Supply Chain & Logistics Procurement to shape sourcing strategies for transport and logistics services across an international network. You will lead market reviews, tenders, and supplier evaluations to secure optimal cost, quality, and service.

Based in a hybrid environment, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver savings, supplier performance improvements, and operational excellence, with an emphasis on EMEA and broader initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and procurement/logistics experience.
• Experience with multi-country transport services and supplier management.
• Strong financial understanding and cost analysis skills.
