Qualifications

• Business or technical degree or completed technician/technical business administrator training; 3 years of experience.
• Experience selling technical service agreements requiring consultation.
• Strong customer and service orientation with excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of elevator units and maintain relationships with existing customers.
• Serve as primary contact for timely resolution of customer needs and inquiries.
• Develop new customers via cold calling, networking, bids and tenders.
• Develop your own sales strategy to achieve sales targets.
• Use Otis sales tools to track opportunities, pipeline, and forecast sales results.
• Conduct sales negotiations and close deals.
• Collaborate with team members and field colleagues.
