Sealed Air Corporation is seeking a Marketing Communications Manager to shape how customers, employees, and markets experience the Sealed Air brand across EMEA. You will translate packaging expertise into engaging content, work with internal teams and external agencies, and deliver integrated campaigns to support product launches and sales growth.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Marketing Communications, or a related field.
• B2B marketing communications experience, ideally within packaging, foodservice, or an industrial sector.
• Proven experience delivering integrated, multichannel campaigns and managing external agencies, budgets, stakeholders, and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to make technical subjects clear and engaging.
• Strong project management, digital marketing, analytical, and event coordination capabilities.
• Fluent written and spoken English; fluency in German, French, or Spanish is strongly preferred.
• Additional European languages are an advantage.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled workflows, sustainability communications, PPWR, or packaging-related regulations is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement an annual EMEA Marketing Communications plan aligned with regional objectives.
• Translate technical innovations and sustainability progress into clear, credible communications.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Portfolio, Sustainability, Sales, design teams, and external agencies.
• Coordinate campaigns from briefing through execution, managing budgets, schedules, and approvals.
• Provide hands-on communications support to local Sales teams and adapt regional initiatives to country needs.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize impact using KPIs and data-driven insights.
• Coordinate trade shows and industry events, including promotion, communications, and award submissions.
