Sealed Air is seeking a Marketing & Portfolio Manager to drive regional marketing and portfolio strategies across its protective packaging businesses in EMEA. You will report to the Senior Director of Marketing, Portfolio, and Sustainability EMEA and blend strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, international environment.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in B2B marketing, product/portfolio management, or commercial roles.
• Experience across multiple product lines or categories preferred.
• Exposure to pricing, portfolio management, launches, or commercial support.
• Collaborates cross-functionally with Sales, R&D, Supply Chain, Operations, or Marketing.
• Familiarity with CRM, market analysis, or business reporting tools is an advantage.
• Packaging or industrial manufacturing experience is a plus, travel may be required.

Responsabilidades

• Support regional marketing and portfolio strategy execution across EMEA.
• Provide market, customer, and competitor insights to guide growth.
• Assist pricing analysis, value communication, and marketing mix management.
• Enable sales teams with product knowledge, tools, and launch support.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives with Sales, R&D, Operations, and Sustainability.
