Sealed Air in Spain is seeking a Marketing Communications Manager to shape how customers and employees experience the Sealed Air brand across EMEA. You will translate packaging innovations and sustainability progress into clear, credible communications for launches and sales enablement.

Collaborate with Marketing, Portfolio, Sustainability, Sales, and design teams to deliver integrated campaigns, monitor performance, and adapt regional initiatives to country opportunities with hands-on support

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Marketing Communications, or a related field.
• B2B marketing communications experience, ideally within packaging, foodservice, or an industrial sector.
• Proven experience delivering integrated, multichannel campaigns and managing external agencies, budgets, stakeholders, and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to make technical subjects clear and engaging.
• Strong project management, digital marketing, analytical, and event coordination capabilities.
• Fluent written and spoken English; fluency in German, French, or Spanish strongly preferred; additional European languages are an advantage.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled workflows, sustainability communications, PPWR, or packaging-related regulations is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Develop an annual EMEA Marketing Communications plan covering product launches, promotions, events, digital channels, and sales enablement.
• Translate packaging tech and sustainability developments into clear content for audiences.
• Lead integrated campaigns from briefing to execution, coordinating priorities, agencies, budgets, and schedules.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Portfolio, Sustainability, Sales, design teams and agencies to align communications with business objectives.
• Monitor campaign performance, measure KPIs, and implement improvements to increase engagement and ROI.
• Coordinate trade shows and industry events, including promos, communications, and awards submissions.
• Create sales enablement tools and support local Sales with effective materials and messaging.
• Manage digital channels and assets, integrating AI into content creation and campaigns.
