• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Marketing Communications, or a related field.
• B2B marketing communications experience, ideally within packaging, foodservice, or an industrial sector.
• Proven experience delivering integrated, multichannel campaigns and managing external agencies, budgets, stakeholders, and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to make technical subjects clear and engaging.
• Strong project management, digital marketing, analytical, and event coordination capabilities.
• Fluent written and spoken English; fluency in German, French, or Spanish is strongly preferred.
• Additional European languages are an advantage.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled workflows, sustainability communications, PPWR, or packaging-related regulations is an advantage.

• Coordinate trade shows and industry events, including promotion, communications, and award submissions.

What does a Marketing Communications Manager do? As Marketing Communications Manager for our Foodservice or Industrial business, you will shape how customers, employees, and the wider market experience the Sealed Air brand across EMEA. You will translate technical innovation, customer value, sustainability progress, and more than 85 years of packaging expertise into clear, credible, and engaging communications. Working closely with Marketing, Portfolio, Sustainability, Sales, design teams, and external agencies, you will deliver integrated campaigns that support product launches, strengthen customer engagement, enable sales growth, and generate measurable results. You will also lead Marketing Communications activities within your local market, adapting regional initiatives to meet country-specific opportunities and providing hands-on communications support to local Sales teams. To use your strategic thinking and campaign-planning skills to develop an annual EMEA Marketing Communications plan covering product launches, product promotions, events, digital channels, and sales enablement. To use your project management and organizational skills to lead integrated campaigns from briefing through execution, managing priorities, agencies, budgets, schedules, approvals, and multichannel rollouts.
