Sealed Air Corporation in Galicia/Arbo seeks a Marketing Communications Manager to shape how customers, employees, and the market experience the Sealed Air brand across EMEA. Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Marketing Communications, or related field.
• B2B marketing communications experience in packaging, foodservice, or industrial sectors preferred.
• Proven experience delivering integrated multichannel campaigns and managing external agencies, budgets, and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to simplify complex topics.
• Strong project management, digital marketing, analytics, and events coordination abilities.
• Fluent English; German/French/Spanish strongly preferred; other European languages a plus.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled workflows and sustainability communications an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Develop an annual EMEA Marketing Communications plan covering product launches, promotions, events, digital channels, and sales enablement.
• Turn technical packaging technologies and customer benefits into clear, engaging content for internal and external audiences.
• Lead integrated campaigns from briefing through execution, managing priorities, budgets, schedules, and approvals.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Portfolio, Sustainability, Sales, design teams, and external agencies to align communications with business objectives.
• Monitor campaign performance, measure results against KPIs, and apply data-driven improvements.
• Coordinate trade shows and industry events, including promotional activities and award submissions.
• Create sales enablement tools and provide support to local Sales teams with effective messaging.
• Manage digital channels and assets, integrating AI into content creation and campaigns.
