Sealed Air Corporation in Salamanca, Spain is seeking a Marketing Communications Manager to shape messaging for our Foodservice and Industrial businesses. The role focuses on translating technical innovation, sustainability progress, and packaging expertise into clear communications for customers and employees.

You will lead integrated campaigns, adapt regional initiatives to country needs, and support local Sales teams with compelling materials and digital assets. Fluency in English is required.

Responsabilidades

• Develop an annual EMEA Marketing Communications plan covering product launches, promotions, events, digital channels, and sales enablement.
• Translate complex packaging tech and sustainability progress into engaging content for internal and external audiences.
• Lead integrated campaigns from briefing to execution, coordinating agencies, budgets, timelines, and approvals.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Portfolio, Sustainability, Sales, design teams, and external agencies to align with business goals.
• Monitor campaign performance against KPIs and implement improvements to increase engagement and ROI.
• Coordinate trade shows and industry events, including communications and award submissions.
• Create sales enablement tools and provide messaging support to local Sales teams.
• Manage digital channels and marketing assets, exploring AI-assisted content creation and workflows.

What does a Marketing Communications Manager do? As Marketing Communications Manager for our Foodservice or Industrial business, you will shape how customers, employees, and the wider market experience the Sealed Air brand across EMEA. You will translate technical innovation, customer value, sustainability progress, and more than 85 years of packaging expertise into clear, credible, and engaging communications. Working closely with Marketing, Portfolio, Sustainability, Sales, design teams, and external agencies, you will deliver integrated campaigns that support product launches, strengthen customer engagement, enable sales growth, and generate measurable results. You will also lead Marketing Communications activities within your local market, adapting regional initiatives to meet country-specific opportunities and providing hands-on communications support to local Sales teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Marketing Communications, or a related field.
• B2B marketing communications experience, ideally within packaging, foodservice, or an industrial sector.
• Proven experience delivering integrated, multichannel campaigns and managing external agencies, budgets, stakeholders, and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to make technical subjects clear and engaging.
• Strong project management, digital marketing, analytical, and event coordination capabilities.
• Fluent written and spoken English; fluency in German, French, or Spanish is strongly preferred. Additional European languages are an advantage.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled workflows, sustainability communications, PPWR, or packaging-related regulations is an advantage.
