• Active license to practice law in applicable jurisdiction.
• 6+ years in cross-border M&A and corporate transactions, with international experience.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high-level advice on lifecycle of M&A, joint ventures, investments and reorganisations in EMEA.
• Deliver business-focused legal guidance on diligence, documentation and regulatory filings.
• Collaborate with Corporate Development and other stakeholders to drive deal execution.
• Drive adoption of new templates, processes, and AI-enabled improvements in legal operations.
• Support integration projects and manage external counsel when required.
