IQVIA is seeking a Sr Manager, Global Site Activation, Legal Liaison to provide expert operational support for clinical trial contracting as IQVIA Biotech contracts participant. You will be the key contact for contracting matters, ensuring timely resolution and alignment with internal legal requirements.

The role requires a Master’s in law and at least 5 years as a qualified lawyer, with experience in CRO or pharma contracting and strong negotiation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide study-specific contracting support to Project Managers and Site Contracts teams.
• Act as primary operational contact for complex contracting issues and escalate to Legal as needed.
• Advise stakeholders on approved contracting positions, templates, and IQVIA policies.
• Own and maintain Global Site Contracts Library and country templates.
• Lead development, validation, and translation coordination of contract templates.
• Ensure alignment with IQVIA Legal guidance and implement updated practices.
• Deliver training and ongoing support on templates and contracting processes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to standardize contracting activities.
• Support evolution of contracting processes and tools.
