HP seeks an experienced Litigation Counsel for the EMEA region based in Barcelona. This hybrid role requires on-site work at least three days per week and offers the opportunity to manage a broad portfolio of disputes and investigations across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

You will lead strategy, coordinate cross-border matters with local counsel, and advise senior business leaders on litigation risk, budgets, and outcomes while supervising outside counsel to deliver effective, efficient

Qualifications

Five+ years post-qualification experience handling litigation and investigations.
Experience leading or substantially shaping litigation strategy across multiple stages.
Ability to coordinate with local counsel and stakeholders across EMEA.

Responsabilités

Lead litigation and dispute strategy across EMEA, from threats to settlement.
Manage a broad portfolio of disputes across commercial, IP, competition, privacy, employment, and regulatory matters.
Lead investigations and responses to government inquiries.
Direct outside counsel; manage strategy, staffing, budgets, and performance.
Coordinate cross-border matters with regional and country counsel.
Advise business and legal leaders with clear assessments of exposure and options.
