Dow Jones & Company, Inc. seeks a Senior Employee & Labor Relations Partner (EMEA) to lead employee and labor relations across Europe. The role reports to the VP of Employee & Labor Relations in New York and acts as the on-the-ground adviser for compliant and productive relations.

You will partner with the EMEA People Team and regional leadership, manage complex grievances, conduct investigations, and negotiate with employee representatives. Fluency in English and Spanish is required.

Formación

• 7+ years of HR experience focused on employee and labor relations.
• Fluency in English and Spanish required for regional work.
• Knowledge of Spain employment laws and EU regulations.
• Experience with Collective Bargaining Agreements desired.

Responsabilidades

• Directly manage high-stakes employee relations matters, including investigations and hearings.
• Coach regional leadership on conflict resolution and risk mitigation.
• Lead negotiations with employee representatives and unions.
• Analyze ER data to identify trends and inform strategy.
• Serve as primary contact for EMEA works councils and employee delegates.
• Collaborate with global HR teams to support business needs.
