Job summary

Rovensa Next, the Rovensa Group's global business unit for biosolutions in agriculture, seeks a senior IBP Leader to align sales and supply plans across EMEA and drive best-practice planning standards.

The role governs end-to-end IBP, enhances forecast accuracy, and supports strategic decisions through scenario analysis while collaborating with commercial, supply and purchasing teams in a multinational setting.

Qualifications

• University degree in Industrial Engineering or Chemical Engineering; MBA valued.
• Proven leadership in end-to-end supply chain planning in multinational environments.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; other languages a plus.
• Advanced SAP and Excel proficiency; strong business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end IBP framework across EMEA, including demand, supply and inventory planning.
• Drive deployment of IBP standards and best practices globally.
• Improve demand planning accuracy and forecast reliability with commercial teams.
• Support strategic decision-making through scenario planning and risk assessment.
• Lead cross-functional decision-making to balance demand, supply, service and efficiency.
• Ensure fulfillment of EMEA commitments with minimum cost-to-serve and inventory.
• Translate sales and demand plans into balanced production and procurement plans.
• Govern inventory policy and SLOB management across EMEA.
