Sandoz International GmbH is seeking a GLP-1 IBP Execution Senior Manager to drive the IBP cycle at platform level, coordinating inputs, supporting forum facilitation, and ensuring timely delivery of aligned outputs.

You will coordinate demand, supply and financial inputs across functions, plan the cycle calendar, and help co‑facilitate IBP forums (P&PR, DR, SR, S&OP), turning issues into clear topics and tracking decisions.

Formación

• 5–10 years in supply chain, planning, finance or commercial roles.
• Experience in commercial planning, demand planning or S&OP / IBP environments.
• Strong cross-functional exposure and business understanding.
• Experience in complex, multi-market environments.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Experience in fast moving OTC type or GLP-1 markets preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate demand, supply and financial inputs across functions.
• Ensure data readiness and alignment prior to IBP forums.
• Plan and manage IBP cycle calendar and milestones.
• Support and co‑facilitate IBP forums (P&PR, DR, SR, S&OP).
• Structure issues into clear discussion topics.
• Track decisions, actions and escalations.
• Ensure follow‑up and closure of actions.
• Escalate issues to Platform IBP Lead where needed.
• Ensure adherence to IBP processes and standards.
