Speria MTech is seeking an experienced EMEA Customer Success Manager to manage and grow strategic customer relationships across the region. You will help customers realize value, increase product adoption, mitigate risk, and drive long-term retention.

Ideal candidates bring enterprise CS experience, thrive in fast-paced, collaborative settings, and have exposure to agriculture, AgTech, food production, or related industries. Travel may be required to support regional customers.

Formación

• 5+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or related roles.
• Experience managing enterprise or strategic customer relationships.
• Experience with complex B2B software or SaaS.
• Proven ability to drive adoption, retention, and outcomes.
• Experience working with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary post-implementation contact for assigned accounts.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with executives and day-to-day users.
• Develop a deep understanding of customer business objectives and success metrics.
• Conduct regular business reviews and strategic customer meetings.
